This thing is awesome. Changed racing games for me forever. So much more fun than the Playstation 4 controller, driving is much more precise and natural of course. I play Gran Turismo, Assetto Corsa (can’t get clutch to work), Dirt Rally, Dirt 5.0 and F1 2016. It does not work with Burnout Paradise (darn it) or Trackmania Turbo (man, that sucks!!!). These are the only games I have tested so far.I have logged about 30 hours on it in the last 2 weeks, the joys of staycations. Had no problems so far, just loads of fun.Pros… excellent build quality, real leather steering wheel cover, force feedback, easy to set up, nice cable management on the bottom of the unit, works well with a lot of games, connected right up to a wheel stand I purchased, the excellent GT Omega Apex (5 star), see my review on Amazon. It does not look to crazy or over the top sitting in my living room on a stand.Cons… main gripe is the Playstation button and the options button are right together so when I reach for pause I usually hit the PS button also, just annoying when you were just shoved into the wall and spun out by computer AI for the hundredth time and are frustrated trying to restart, I would think good player testing would space those button out a bit. Steering wheel just seems a little small sometimes, especially on hard turns/hairpin turns or dirt rally out-of-control spinouts, I wish the paddle shifters were stationary and not connected to the wheel but it isn’t the end of the worldSummary… incredibly fun and worth every penny. I can already see that I will get my money out of this. Adds a lot of immersive fun to the driving/racing games and sims. May not be as fancy as a $1500 Fanatec rig but its a lot of fun anyway. The gear shifter is insanely fun since I drive stick everyday in my car and for some games you can set up a realistic clutch pedal. Once again, very immersive. I want the VR goggles next to really get in there.Note… I did notice complaints in other reviews about notchyness in the way the feedback happens, it’s true, its there but I never notice it anymore, just at first because I had read about it, does not affect my driving, that’s all my mistakes, nothing to do with the wheel notches ;). Also, it does not self center like others have said but it does not bother me either I am usually trying to square it back up naturally anyway. For the price you pay these things are not a concern to me. This is THE LOW COST ALTERNATIVE. I have not tried any others to compare to so for the moment, until I go pro, this will do.I would recommended for beginners, kids, racing game sim enthusiasts and fun seekers, pros will probably not want this. No one would buy this after using a high end rig I am sure. If this becomes addiction, I will probably upgrade to a better wheel in a few years when I upgrade my gaming system.

I absolutely love this wheel! I’ve never used one before,I’ve been an avid gamer for over 20 years and didn’t think think a racing wheel would be worth it. I chose Logitech because they have been around for decades and thought this would be a great start. I’ll never use a hand controller for racing again. So far I’ve used it for “The Crew 2” and “The Crew Motorfest”, I’m looking forward to trying it with the Formula One series. It does take some time to get used to, the customization options are great and the H shifters are spot on. I just mount mine on an old laptop and rest it on my lap, I do plan on getting a small simulator rig and this wheel is compatible with many of the rigs out on the market. This wheel is worth every penny, I have no regrets at all. The build quality is great for the foot pedals also. Very natural feeling and responsive to very slight movements if you want those type of settings.

Unless you want to go with a much more expensive gear-driven wheel setup, this is a very solid option. I used for iRacing and it was simple enough to setup and provided enough force-feedback for good feel and immersion. Absolutely would recommend.

First a frame of reference. I use this for Gran Turismo Sport on the PS4. I previously had a Driving Force Pro from Logitec as well. I’ve played each iteration of Gran Turismo since the original Gran Turismo (it was not called GT1) and have used a wheel on that game starting w/ Gran Turismo 3 (a-spec) and have logged . . . about a billion miles.I love this wheel dearly. I’ll talk about the pedals separately. The operation is very smooth and it’s much quieter than my old DFP. Metal paddle shifters are wonderful; I’ll add a shifter once it’s supported in a GT game. There is a blue metal band on the top of the wheel making it easy to find center (for those of us who care about that) so it’s not a line of tape that will come loose or fade over time. For me it’s precise as all get out. After using a controller for the first few months I was ecstatic about how I could place my car around the track. But it won’t make anyone a championship driver . . . you’ll just have more precision. There is a full complement of buttons on the wheel including (bottom to top) a PS button, Options button and Share button below the center of the wheel. It may take some time to get used to; I’ve hit the share button while trying to pause the game during a practice session. That’s my only quibble. The rotary dial can be used to select the level while the +/- button changes what setting you’re manipulating during a race; you can remap the wheels buttons in the options menu.Getting my PS4 to recognize my wheel off the bat was easy . . . once I figured out just what to do. I leave my wheel plugged in, turn on the PS4 from the unit itself, then – once the blue screen comes up – press the PS button on the wheel. I mention this because initially I was using my controller to wake up the PS4 and it would take quite some time before the wheel could be used. I hope that helps anyone who’s run into the same issue.NOW ABOUT THE PEDAL SETUPI kept this separate because of all the reviews mentioning the pedals. The gas offers very little resistance in comparison to the brakes. The brakes may feel very stiff to others; I myself was somewhat prepared due to the reviews. Compared to my old DFP, the effort required to operate the brake pedal is gargantuan . . . but that’s not a problem. It feels much more like the brakes I’ve used in my (limited) time on the track. The brake has more resistance than the ones in my Buick, but I was able to get used to that. For me it has a much more sporting feel.**UPDATE 7/29**After some checking it appears the rubber inside the brake – which causes that resistance – is supposed to simulate a load cell. The brake has a certain amount of travel to a point, then you apply more pressure and modulate how much stopping power you get. It’s a bit grabby to work with at first, but I REALLY REALLY love it now. Just took the better part of an afternoon to make it part of my routine. Trail braking is easier too. Back to the original review…*******In game I’ve noticed something. When using a controller, I have less braking power, but with the pedals – when I really stand on the brakes – the stopping ability is increased. I credit that to the game itself, recognizing what a driver can do with her/his feet vs. the amount of travel available w/ the triggers on the controller. It definitely took some getting used to but the amount of modulation I get from the gas AND the brakes has lowered my lap times tremendously.Lastly, the price of this is awesome in comparison. A $700.00 wheel is not in my budget, and this is the one I’d decided to target. It came up on Prime Day and I snapped it up . . . but I’d planned on buying it eventually at the regular price. It’s smooth and quiet, precise and a great wheel. Worth every penny. Now I just need a correct wheel stand! The X-Celerator(?) Big Boy stand I have worked for the DFP; the pedals on the G29 are way too big.TL;DR:Great wheel, Brake pedal takes effort to push but it’s worth it, HIGHLY recommended for price.Hope this helps.

you’re probably deciding between this and the t300. you have two concerns.. the pedals and the force feedback.both are good. the pedals aren’t bad at all. heavier and more resistance than i thought they would have. solid build. they’re slightly small. i’m size 12 and the only thing i can’t do is trail break with both feet comfortably , so i heel toe. but single foot driving is no problem.the feedback has more resistance than i expected. you feel losing traction, catching a skid, the wheel will tear away from your grip if you set it high enough. it centers itself no problem, so letting go of the wheel to get straight works just like it does in real life.you know the t300 does feedback better. i’m just letting you know that the g29 didn’t give me buyers remorse. $200 on black friday, i’m happy.

I recently purchased the Logitech G Dual-Motor Feedback Driving Force G29 Gaming Racing Wheel for use with my racing simulation games, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The wheel is well-designed and feels comfortable to grip, with a realistic steering wheel feel that adds to the immersion of the game. The dual-motor feedback is incredibly responsive and allows for precise control over my car, providing a realistic sense of the road and car movement. One of the features I appreciate about the G29 is the adjustable pedal set. The pedals are made of high-quality materials and offer a great amount of resistance, providing a realistic feel to the acceleration and braking of the car. The pedals can be adjusted for height and spacing, making them customizable to each user’s individual needs and preferences.Another great feature of the G29 is its compatibility with a variety of gaming systems, including PlayStation and PC. The wheel is easy to set up and connect, and the software is user-friendly and allows for customization of the controls and feedback.Overall, I highly recommend the Logitech G Dual-Motor Feedback Driving Force G29 Gaming Racing Wheel for anyone looking to enhance their racing simulation experience. It’s a high-quality, reliable product that provides an immersive and realistic gaming experience.

This will is super responsive it may car gaming a 100 times more fun and realistic the response the shifting everything about it is insane as a real car guy that drives 700 plus horsepower street vehicles it’s pretty accurate I can now see how people mess around on these and have no problem hopping into a real vehicle highly recommend for any of my car guy gamers

  9. Muy buena calidad, cumple su función, me gusta porque es minimalista y no agrega peso a la caja de los auriculares 10/10

Si buscan un buen simulador y a un precio accesible este es el indicado, el manejo es impresionante y preciso, me parece excelente

  10. LIVIT

I use it on a PS4 pro. Mounted it too a racing sim setup. My only complaint is that I wish Logitech supported more sim racing games. Check out what games it supports, to make sure it’s right for you !
