ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS

The cost of all returns is free.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

When returning the goods, you will need to include proof of purchase, your order number, your full name, and your full delivery address the order was sent to.

Please ensure, the goods you are returning to us, are securely packaged with our correct UK return address securely attached to ensure safe delivery to us at 2 Watson CtHedge End, Southampton, SO30 0AQ, United Kingdom.

Please keep your ‘Proof of Return’ from the post office as we may need to request this information from you while processing your return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your Return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2- 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us or email sales@lavolution.co.uk.

UK REFUNDS OVERVIEW

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@lavolution.co.uk and send your item to 2 Watson CtHedge End, Southampton, SO30 0AQ, United Kingdom.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to 2 Watson CtHedge End, Southampton, SO30 0AQ, United Kingdom. You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
