Free shipping is available on all purchases.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

The usual delivery time for packages is 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday).

DELIVERY TERMS

The products are delivered by DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail.

Please keep in mind that once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to change the delivery address, method, or any other aspect of your order, including the product, quantity, size, and color.

A signature is required upon delivery, though another individual can accept responsibility if necessary.

If you are not home to accept it, our courier will attempt again the following working day. Some sites, such as student accommodation, motels, food businesses, retail locations, and forwarding addresses, are not serviceable.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email to sales@lavolution.co.uk with the subject line “CANCEL“. Once the order has shipped we cannot cancel it.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at sales@lavolution.co.uk. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, a product can arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  •  A picture of the damaged product.

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL I GET THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your promotional inbox or spam folder! If for some reason, you did not receive an email, contact us at sales@lavolution.co.uk.

HOW LONG AFTER I SEND YOU A MESSAGE WILL YOU RESPOND?

Please wait up to 24 hours for a response, especially on weekends and holidays.

DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES AT LAVOLUTION?

You don’t need to pay customs fees when shopping in our store.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED BUT IT’S WRONG

In the unlikely event you’re missing an item, or have received a wrong item/order, please contact us immediately with the following information and we’ll sort that right away:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn’t receive
  • A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

Once we’ve received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
